4. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Due to the nature of digital products and the costs associated with AI-powered features, we cannot issue refunds once a subscription has been purchased.

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of the applicable subscription period and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. By submitting content, you grant Win Daily a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include attempting to access data not intended for you, attempting to breach security measures, or interfering with the App's functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Win Daily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
